Looking for WTN? The ITF World Tennis Number uses separate singles and doubles ratings built on a fundamentally different algorithm than NTRP. The USTA confirms there is no direct conversion between the two systems. We only show conversions we can stand behind. Read our WTN Guide →

⚡ Section Strength Insight

About Section Adjustments: USTA section strength factors are derived from player pool size, national championship performance, participation rates, and competitive density data. These adjustments reflect the real-world observation that NTRP ratings are not equivalent across sections. A 3.5 in Southern California competes in a fundamentally different environment than a 3.5 in a smaller section. Factors are expressed in NTRP-equivalent units.
